Aim
To nurture children where they can further their riding with support and guidance fostering appropriate sporting values, teamwork and competitive spirit while maintaining the horse’s welfare.
What is the Squad
Commencing in 2009, the Development Squad will allow riders who may not own a horse to be teamed with a horse from Indarra Equestrian for the purpose of participating in events around South-East Queensland. Riders can also participate if they have their own horse.
In addition to providing horses and equipment, Indarra will transport horses to and from events, provide assistance and support to riders at events, and hold training days in preparation for competitions.
Events
We will arrange opportunities for the Squad to compete at Pony Club, dressage and showjumping events in South East Queensland.
