RIDING LESSONS

TERM 4 BLOCK LESSONS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY 15 OCTOBER TO RECEIVE DISCOUNT RATE

Indarra Equestrian aims to provide a safe riding environment with qualified, professional staff so that you can enjoy your love of horses. You can choose either private or group lessons. Our group lessons are  limited to a maximum of 4 riders so that your learning experience is maximised. Lessons are available Monday to Saturday from 7am to 6pm.

In order to keep our prices to a minimum we are changing our pricing regime from 1 January 2011. Lessons will be available for purchase in term blocks. Lessons will still be available for purchase on a week-by-week or casual basis for those who do not wish to purchase term

blocks.

We remain committed to ensuring quality tuition for all our students. All our instructors are undertaking further studies to gain further coaching qualifications and are active riders and competitors. This means that we can provide the best possible environment for you to improve your riding.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of $15 is applicable should you need to cancel a lesson with less than 4 hours notice. Cancellations need to be made by telephoning or messaging Louise on 0409 475 040 (voicemail messages can be left). For those who have purchased term lesson blocks, if 4 hours notice is given, we will endeavour to arrange a make-up lesson during the term. The number of make-up lessons available is limited to 2 per term. If a make-up lesson is arranged, which is then cancelled by the student the lesson is forfeited. Make-up lessons are available in comparative lessons and cannot be used towards a different lesson type (eg. showjumping) or a camp.

Wet Weather Policy

Lesson packages are structured to include a theory component to supplement the practical riding instruction. Our certificate structure ensures that students develop both riding and horsemastership skills so they can confidently handle a pony/horse in any situation. Occasionally weather conditions are such that proceeding with a riding lesson involves too great a risk to safety. To ensure that practical riding activities take place during the best conditions, theory lessons will be scheduled for periods of poor weather. You can be confident that your riding development will continue, through either theoretical or practical instruction, whenever you arrive for a lesson.
